01. Service Description
VibeRisk provides automated technical analysis and security scanning for software repositories. The results provided represent an automated "best-effort" evaluation of the source code and do not constitute a formal security audit, legal advice, or a guarantee of software safety or performance.
02. Authorization
By submitting a repository URL to VibeRisk, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and authorizations to perform a security analysis on that codebase. Unauthorized scanning of third-party intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
03. Limitation of Liability
VibeRisk and its contributors shall not be held liable for any damages, security breaches, loss of data, or business interruptions arising from the use of this service or reliance on its scan results. All risk associated with "vibe-coding" and rapid deployment remains with the user.
04. Termination
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to VibeRisk at our sole discretion, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the integrity of the service.
